You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, scrape it abusively, or misuse its content or services.
Product and allergen information
We work to describe products accurately, but prelaunch photographs, colors, availability, ingredients, nutrition, allergens, packaging, prices, and offers are subject to final confirmation. Ingredients and manufacturing practices can change. The current physical package label controls, so always review it before consuming and contact us before purchase if you have an allergy or dietary concern.
Deferred programs
Rusty Rewards and referrals are not active and are not accepting enrollment during prelaunch. If either program is separately approved later, current terms will be published before enrollment opens.
First Drop offer
First Drop provides 10% off one eligible first merchandise order per customer placed during the first ten calendar days after checkout officially opens. It cannot be combined with bundle savings or another percentage offer; checkout applies the single better eligible offer. Free-shipping qualification uses the post-discount merchandise total. First Drop, bundle, and shipping offers remain subject to their published eligibility, timing, order, customer, and redemption limits. We may correct errors, prevent abuse, or change or end a promotion as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The Rusty Snacks name, branding, graphics, copy, product names, and site design are owned by or licensed to Rusty Snacks and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Third-party services
The site may rely on hosting, security, email, payment, shipping, or other third-party services. Their separate terms and policies may apply when those features are used.
Disclaimers
The prelaunch site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing on the site is medical or dietary advice.
