Shipping policy

Processing and delivery

Orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Shipments originate in Pierson, Florida. We hand orders to USPS within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment. Processing and carrier transit are separate. After USPS accepts the package, transit usually takes an additional 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States; transit to Alaska and Hawaii may take 10 or more business days. Review the estimate for your order before payment. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, high order volume, and address-verification issues may add time.

Shipping rates

Orders of exactly six jerky bags with no add-ons total $65.98 before tax: $61.99 for the jerky plus $3.99 USPS Ground Advantage shipping to supported destinations. Other orders use calculated shipping rates to supported destinations. Your shipping charge and any applicable tax are shown before payment.

Tracking and addresses

Payment confirmation is not shipment confirmation. A tracking link is provided only when the selected service includes tracking. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; we cannot promise changes after fulfillment begins.

Shipment delays and cancellation

If we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate when available, and explain how to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund of the amount paid, including shipping and applicable tax. If the consent required to continue the order is not obtained, we will cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund the amount paid, including shipping and applicable tax, as required by law. Email support@rustysnacks.com to request cancellation before shipment; we will confirm whether fulfillment can be stopped. After shipment, our 7-day return policy applies, without limiting rights required by law.

Delays, loss, and damage

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. If an order is late, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email support@rustysnacks.com with the order number and photographs when applicable.

Destinations

Shipping to Maryland is temporarily unavailable while we confirm sales-tax requirements. We ship to other U.S. states, subject to carrier service availability and checkout verification. Shipping to Washington, DC is currently unavailable. Final destination eligibility and charges are confirmed before payment. Pickup and event sales are currently unavailable.
