Shipping policy

Prelaunch notice: Food ordering and payment remain closed. Inventory shipment is not a store opening date. Final availability will be confirmed before ordering opens.

Processing

Our final processing promise will be published before checkout opens, after the packing workflow, verified daily capacity, carrier pickup, and high-volume handling are tested. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, high-volume releases, and address-verification issues may add time.

We plan to process food orders within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, using USPS Ground Advantage. This plan is subject to the packing and carrier checks above. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Rates and free shipping

The separate 3-inch Rusty Snacks sticker offer is $3.00 plus applicable sales tax with free standard shipping once checkout is authorized. A six-bag jerky bundle is planned to include free standard shipping when food ordering opens. Other qualifying orders will receive free standard shipping when the post-discount merchandise total exceeds $55. We will show every applicable threshold and final charge before payment.

Tracking and addresses

Payment confirmation is not shipment confirmation. A tracking link is provided only when the selected service includes tracking. The planned free sticker service uses a stamped envelope without carrier tracking. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; we cannot promise changes after fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss, and damage

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. If an order is late, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email support@rustysnacks.com with the order number and photographs when applicable. You can contact us about an untracked sticker envelope without a tracking number.

Destinations

Direct website shipping is planned for deliverable addresses in all 50 states. Washington, DC remains subject to its destination review. Final restrictions and charges will be shown before payment. Pickup, event sales and mixed food-and-sticker carts are not part of this initial launch.
